McDojo is a satire that follows my highly strenuous, extremely serious journey to become the best white belt... under 200 lbs... between the ages of 18 and 35... in the greater Syracuse area. After a heartbreaking second-place finish at my last tournament, I made bold changes to my training, including a discipline that might surprise people, to ensure victory the second time around.
